Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are. This web shop is operated by ZERAS BV, Bremheuvel 13, 3630 Maasmechelen (Belgium), company/VAT number BE 0810.497.356, reachable at info@ercyel.be ("Ercyel").

2. Scope. These terms apply to every order placed via www.ercyel.be. By ordering, you accept them.

3. Prices and offers. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before checkout. Obvious errors in price or description do not bind us; we will contact you if one occurs.

4. Order and payment. The agreement comes into effect as soon as you receive the order confirmation by email. Payment is made through the methods offered on the site (including Bancontact, iDEAL, credit card and wallets); all payments are encrypted via Shopify Payments.

5. Delivery. We deliver in Belgium and the Netherlands (France: rate shown at checkout). Processing takes 2-3 business days, followed by the delivery time stated in our Shipping Policy, always with track & trace. A delay does not entitle you to damages, but it does entitle you to cancel and be refunded if delivery takes unreasonably long.

6. Right of withdrawal. You have 30 days to change your mind under our Return Policy (more generous than the statutory 14 days). The hygiene exception of article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law applies: sealed cosmetics whose seal has been broken after delivery cannot be taken back for reasons of hygiene.

7. Warranty. All products carry the statutory two-year conformity warranty. If a product is defective, email us with a photo — we will replace it or refund you.

8. Complaints and disputes. Send complaints to info@ercyel.be; we reply as quickly as we can. If we cannot resolve it together, you can turn free of charge to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be), the official Belgian body for out-of-court dispute resolution. These terms are governed by Belgian law; this does not affect the mandatory consumer protection of the country in which you live.

9. Changes. We may amend these terms; the version in force at the time of your order continues to apply to that order.
