Shipping costs

We ship to Belgium and the Netherlands. Shipping costs €4.95 per order — and from €40 we ship free of charge. Ordering from France? That works too: you'll see the rate at checkout.

Delivery time

After your order we need 2-3 business days to process it; delivery then takes 8 to 15 business days. As soon as your parcel is on its way you'll automatically receive a track & trace code by email, so you can follow your order step by step on our Track your order page.

Delay, loss or damage

Did your parcel arrive damaged, or is it taking too long? Email us at info@ercyel.be — we'll look into it straight away and find a solution: a new shipment or your money back.

Address details

Please check your address carefully at checkout. Spotted a mistake? Let us know as soon as possible and we'll correct it before shipping.
