PHOFAY Double Head Seal Liquid Eyeliner combines two application tools in one product. Use the stamp at the outer corner of the eye, then connect it with the fine eyeliner tip.

How to use

1. Place the stamp gently at the outer corner of the eye.
2. Use the fine liner tip along the upper lash line.
3. Connect the line to the stamped wing.
4. Build the line gradually if you want a more defined result.

Good to know

For external use only. Avoid direct contact with the eye. Stop use if irritation occurs and check the packaging for current ingredient, batch and PAO information.
