PHOFAY Mousse Blush Cream blends easily and can be built from a subtle flush to a more noticeable colour. Dab a little onto the lips as well for a coordinated monochrome look.

How to use

Apply a small amount to the cheeks and blend gently with your fingertips. Build in thin layers. For the lips, dab on a small amount and blend.
